The Hollywood Reporter article The Huffington Post is reporting that Hulu has been hacked and users have been losing their accounts.
According to a report from The Hill, hackers gained access to a hacker’s account and stole more than 100 million Hulu accounts.
The hackers used a variety of methods, including phishing emails, fake login attempts and malicious JavaScript files, The Hill reported.
The hacker was able to access the account because the account holder has been identified in multiple instances, including a recent case involving the hacker.
Hulu has been hit before, with a hack in July 2016 that was reported by Variety.
In the aftermath of the hack, the company made the following statement: “Hulu is committed to protecting users and is actively investigating all reported issues.
