Faze VR has announced its first VR headset.
The company is calling its headset the “Faze Rifts” and it will be available for preorder in October, it said in a press release on Thursday.
“The Faze Rives is a revolutionary new product which is set to change the gaming industry for good,” Faze CEO Alex Pouznic said in the release.
“We believe VR will transform the way we interact with entertainment, from games to television to the movies, and we want the Faze Rift to make that possible for the world to enjoy.”
The company plans to introduce its first headset at its Gamescom 2017 event on September 17 in Cologne, Germany.
The headset is due to be available in October.
Faze VR is developing the headset as a VR headset for mobile devices.
It said in its release that the Fazes are designed to be the most advanced VR headset in the market.
The Fazes will be manufactured in Faze’s factory in Russia and will be sold at the company’s events.
